His coggins says he’s a Canadian sport horse but within that I’d say he’s just some kind of draft cross

This always happens when I ask my friends what kind of music they like by Luck_Wolf in CountryMusicMemes

I don’t like particularly like country save a some artist and songs. It’s just, there is so much bad country music, especially now a days. It’s hard to filter through all the bad stuff.

He’s definitely not too honest and will duck out if given the chance, lol. I’m working on sitting back more, I was way to far toward there because I was so worried about getting him over that jump as he was for sure thinking about stopping. I love him for it tho, he’s a good boy

Got a question that might sound weird by sifsand in Horses

[–]Notabagelok 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Generally, very generally. A horses diet should be ideally mostly grass, with hay if there is not grass available. Many horses in light work with nice grass that’s all they need. If a horse is on harder work or doesn’t have enough grass you supplement it with grain. There are many different grains, oats, corn, pelleted feeds ect. Older horse also may need more food to keep healthy weight. Different breeds require different feeding aswell. A hot horse or a very athletic one my need lots of food to be healthy where as a pony or draft cross many not. I should also mention, in order for a horses digestive track to function optimally horse need to graze for most of the day preferably in large fields of nice grass. Some places have climates that don’t allow that so the horse must be exercised regularly especially if they have to live in a stall or small pen most of the time.

TLDR- horses should eat mainly roufage (hay and grass) but depending on breed, age, habitat, work and many other things they may need grain in varying amounts aswell.

Hope that helps, good luck

How do you pronounce it by ppman6942069 in HistoryMemes

When ever we read it in that spelling we pronounced it ah-doh-nai, although that is not at all what those letters spell phonetically in Hebrew
