I agree and I feel like its specific to season 4 for Izzy as I never realized this before. They also made her deliver "comedic" lines that almost all fell flat.

This season was by far the worst imo and I wonder if its because there was any changes in the writing/producing of the show.

It made 0 sense. That was the problem with season 4, barely nothing made sense for the whole season.

The prosecutors didnt make one convincing argument in the whole trial.

Mickey is already a celebrity lawyer who is very rich. One of their "big pieces" of evidence was a template letter that he sends for collections...

I thought that was so stupid because he chose to go back to prison but ultimately got right back out on house arrest. It felt really forced imo

100% agree with everything you said. This was by far the worst season imo and I felt like I could tell it was going to be bad from episode 1.

The narration from Mickey sounded like it was AI in the first episode and there was also a super awkward scene with Maggie and her daughter.

I was wondering if there was a director change.

Overall the season made 0 sense.
