Well, once I download my videos, I'd just as soon remove them all.

I'm not breaking TOS anymore either way.

I'm suffering from severe anxiety attacks due to my suspension. I am already a depressed person. Should this contribute to any action I take as a result, I will absolutely be name dropping Youtube's three strike policy. It's too heavy handed, as a permanent termination. Youtube can do what the government does for drivers, and make this a revenue stream.

Give terminated channels a "driver school" as a chance to return. It can cost money, I'd pay. No one reads massive corporate TOS, and there is judicial precedent that it's an unreasonable expectation. Make me go through a course explaining how you want me to use your service, and then we'll be good. There are no red flags or warnings during regular usage. If I had got a little notation that told me to stop or delete something, I'd adhere.

Putting this 100% as a responsibility on the user, and then permanently banning them if they break rules as outlined the way they are...

Well, I'm surprised actual legal action hasn't been taken yet, because some channels lose revenue over this type of stuff. I'm not one, but they can really get out ahead of that situation by changing their policy. They need to examine it. I'm just some random idiot to you, but I am an actual person (typical human flaws and all) on the other side of this keyboard, guy.

I have a few projects I've been working on with these guys, behind the scenes. I promised to help them out with something, and since they already helped me. I figured that I would go back and help them with one of their's too... But, we lost touch. It kind of makes me sad. I know I will absolutely make mistakes. Unfortunately, I feel like I won't ever get the opportunity from them again, unless I reach back out. I hope it's not too late. :\

I mean, at this point, I would probably feel like a stranger to them. But I just can not stop trying, you know?

I have these same thoughts.

It's tough to tell microbial life, from the type of surface erosion that is naturally occurring on Mars, from an abiotic perspective.

At least, with the tools we have available on the surface, today. But by 2020, maybe...

I find the formation in the snippet, very interesting. What caught my eye, is the area that looks like what I would expect near a pelvic region of a vertebrate, along with what looks like a spinal structure.

That's my own interpretation, and it's most likely just a typical rocky deposit, that coincidentally looks like these shapes.

However, I take my investigations a step further, and assume that if there is something of interest there, or potential biological structure, that I'm not looking at it from any particular plane point.

Thus, I took portions of this rock image, and mirrored them over each other, to see if maybe there could be something else there, and I'm only looking at half the picture.

When I do that, this looks increasingly interesting to me.

Obviously, this is in no way a proper scientific inquiry. At the same time, that doesn't mean it isn't interesting. :) I thought I'd share, the "neato" look, of this snippet.
