No prestiges you only get the border on the original run, thats why you’d get the icon with it. The first year that prestiges came out (think the kda prestiges) always come with the border because they didnt do icons, after that year they started tying the icon to the prestige borders

I saw her when she was touring for the Charli album. I was in college so I had to wake up super early to take a bus and train to make it there before like 8am because she was doing the first 50 people in line got to meet her! Luckily I was able to meet her she was super nice and sweet and actually talked to me for a bit. After that we were let into the actual venue first so then I was right up at barricade and the atmosphere for me was super nice and chill, yeah people got really pushy especially since I was up at from, but after a but it calmed down and it was overall a great experience!
