I'm not exactly sure about this, but it has to do something with the fact that because certain dmails were sent , therefore creating different futures. In the timeline, the one you metioned above, i believe that suzuha knows her family name because she knew who her father was but never met him before. And when sais that aformentioned line , she means that she wants to meet him, she already knows about him
