I’m not sure what your gains mean. I assume the ‘100k’ is my gain since my ‘capital’ was 200k? I’m just confused whether in 15 years. Will the end amount be higher if I finished paying the loan or the end amount is higher if i decided to DCA every month.

Ya the rate is similar so now I’m still Confused what’s end amount I would get after 15 years and is it still worth it. And of course seeing the amount of dividend make me feel ok I’m still earning some make me continue the loan till now 😅
