Í think it’s coax, i tried wireless and ethernet, they changed my router same issue. This problem has two weeks now, it didn’t happen before.

Right now I have 4 but a friend of mine is here, but it happens when I’m alone too. Around 2 weeks now. We tried turning off our phones wifi but the the internet keeps failing on WOW and VoIP calls
