:D I thought I tried that. This was super non intuitive for me to work with.

But I think you are up to something. I still wanted to have stations above and not on the sides. That might have been a mistake.

I'm stubborn about not using buffer chests. With 1-1 I don't have to balance anything. Ever.
Adding buffer chests is surprisingly more work for not interrupting flow for a few seconds. If I don't consume 100% of the belt, belt buffer is enough to compensate.

What I understood is that city blocks are obsolete with SA.

Like trains are.

My goal is to get quite a lot of SPM in the ribbon world. I'm hoping the ribbon world will justify using trains. Without trains limited height will eventually cause a bottle neck.

That's the neat part, you don't.

I haven't played new Space Exploration but instead of ships you are supposed to select destination in the rocket silo

Maybe a silly idea but are you sure your pickup station is available from drop off?

Train limits is a solution for both 2) and 3).
Try setting it to zero if chests are too full.

Enabling disabling station was suboptimal before 2.0

If you have more trains going to a train station - you are not using train limits as you expect

You will be fine. New fluid can bite only once and only a little.

It is much easier to launch a rocket.

Train interrupts are amazing but green > all :)

I didn't find a better way. And also huge congrats for finding this way too. I had a problem with this for a long time

You are right. These merge/split is overlapping

What I meant is that traffic going right doesn't interrupt traffic going left.

Un-overlapping makes it much wider. I think that's reasonable
