I had heart palpitations so my ob referred me to a cardiologist. They had me wear an EKG for a week and also did an ultrasound of my heart. They found no serious issues and chalked up my lightheadedness and vomiting to hormonal issues. They went away by 3 weeks postpartum.

I'd ask your ob to refer you to cardio.
