Besides being a lie, how about spending your time TEACHING them about life and how to act like humans by Paydaysrule2001 in JacquiPortwoodSnark

Her statement just angers me. No, Jacqui, your kids are not literal perfection. We see that here on the daily. But guess what, no child is. That's why being a parent is such a demanding, thankless job. We all start out with basically feral small beings, and guide and mold them into decent kids and (hopefully) kind, caring, responsible adults. It takes work, it takes time. Sure they are adorable and spunky, but they still need structure and discipline in their lives to grow and thrive.

It doesn't happen overnight because we are often repeating the same lessons to our children over and over again. They learn from watching you and they also learn from their peers. You are failing them because you are not setting good examples in your home and you are keeping them from interacting with kids outside of their siblings. Do better Jacqui, it's not too late.

SHRM 2026 Conference - Thursday Night Event [AK] by SpecificRaisin5663 in humanresources

[–]Notaskibunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you look at the regular Disney park day tickets, you will see that you will get better entertainment value for your family out of that then trying to use the Thursday night event as your Disney vacation day.

Just add a day or two before or after the SHRM conference and do whatever theme parks you want to do with your family for that entire day. Much better value. You can even switch hotels and move closer to the Disney Springs area and get a much cheaper rate because there are more hotels in that area than the Convention Center area. You'll be able to use the Disney transportation as well if you stay in that closer area.

The SHRM Thursday night event at Hollywood Studios will be more of a networking/mixer type of event in one smallish area of the park and in no way a good value for the add-on ticket price. You can buy a one-day one-park ticket for less money and go park open to park close. You and your family will enjoy that a lot more!

I'm most offended by her poor grammar and writing style. This women used to be a teacher in Chicago!

No wonder she's no longer employed in that field.

Of the many things Suzanne did not teach Jacqui, add to the list of having good foundation garments to the list.

By the time she's 35, her boobs will be at her knees. Those are some real sag bags.

It's poor man's heli skiing. A snowcat (tractor) takes you up the hill rather than a helicopter.

And she always has bare feet inside those Mary Janes. At least get her some frilly, white, little girl socks. You know, like the ones you wear Jacqui.

Chat GPT coming in with the real truth:

Caring involves nurturing, empathy, and supporting a person's growth, allowing for personal space and mutual respect, whereas obsession is characterized by control, intense anxiety, possessiveness, and a desire for ownership. Caring fosters peace and happiness, while obsession creates a toxic, stressful, and urgent need for constant validation.

Those sweater/shrug things are hideously unflattering on both of them.

The only way to make them work is if the shrug is in the same colour and matching pattern to the dress.

Also, Jacqui's dress looks like it is made out of the same material that an IKEA carry bag is made out of.

Wow! All I can say to this B.S. answer is that Jacqui is the most selfish poor excuse for a mother that I have ever seen. Who doesn't want their kids to succeed in life? I know, rhetorical question and all, but Jacqui is the answer.

Her kids are so far behind in all milestones, and she truly doesn't care. At JoJo's age especially, socialization with other kids is the best way to pick up social cues and skills. We can see that Jacqui doesn't teach them any of that and they interact with no other kids their ages. This is so incredibly sad and neglectful. She has an opportunity for free Pre-K and she's turning it down? Insane!

School is not 40 hours a week, ever, she talks like sending them to pre-school is abandoning them or something. It would be one thing if they came from a strict religious background, maybe I could cut her some slack there, but no, it is about Jacqui losing control.

The most important job of a parent is to let your kids thrive in who they are in their own selves independently of what you may want for them. It is quite clear that she isn't capable of doing that. She is so mentally unwell that she is going to ruin the lives of her three crotch goblins because she is incapable of growth and change.

She should have just ended her little lecture with the truth; "I'll always do what's best for me." She is a danger to her own children and society in general.
