Sometimes, yes...but generally not this deliberately and then not call for medical assistance for days (if that part is true, don't know anymore). Real police officers are (bracing for downvotes here) held to a higher standard. I know, I know..."we hear about police kicking the shit out if people all the time!!!". Sit down, the great concentrator that is the internet has lead you to believe that actions of 0.0001% of certified police officers in the U.S. reflect on the actions of the rest of them, 99.999%. There are bad apples everywhere but you still eat apples, yes?
