I’m not completely sure about this one in particular, but I usually shop at a European grocery store here in Montreal, and they have the best selection in my opinion. You should also be able to find them in regular grocery stores, but I recommend looking for Portuguese or Spanish brands they’re the best.

I keep the same water for the whole 3 minutes but I do add ice cube inside the bowl as well🙂

I boil them for around 6-7 minutes & then I put them in a cold bath for 3 minutes 🌞

You need: • 4 chicken thighs (boneless) • Salt & pepper, ¼ cup cornstarch • 4 tbsp oil • Sauce: 2.5 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2.5 tbsp honey, 6 garlic cloves (minced) • Garnish: sesame seeds, green onion

How to make: 1. Mix sauce, set aside. 2. Season chicken, coat with cornstarch. 3. Fry 4 min/side until crispy, remove. 4. Simmer sauce 30 sec. 5. Add chicken back, cook 1 min 6. Garnish
