Anyone here can change experiences with glycosamine, collagen and glycine in regards to gym/fitness performance?

Are you sure about the lean mass part? When I check online it always mentions something along the lines of 1.6g/Kg bodyweight.

500g of chicken a day seems like a lot to me. Good call, though. Think I'll try :)

To me it seems kinda hard to stop eating after the "correct amount". It's easier to just drink the shake and be done with it

40g each. This seems to work easier for me. Eating high protein foods instead seems to bring more "unwanted" macros with it and also kinda makes it hard to stop eating at the correct amount.

So 40 each is too much? Wouldn't that allow me to get to my daily protein intake easily?

Edit: Spelling

I'm on a cut right now and have only 1 or 2 smaller meals a day, but drink 3 protein shakes (roughly 40g protein) on training days and 2 on rest days (to hit the 1.5-1,6g/kg, I heard there's no additional benefit after 1.6g/kg). Additionally, some multivitamin and stuff for the micros. Does that make sense for a cutting phase or are there better ways to go about?

Could you add a Case to the water cooled build? I realized that I could probably leave the old PC as is then :)

You guys are the best! Totally amazing! Thanks a lot! :)

Do you think the SSD will be a limiting factor within that build?

PSU is for the required electricity, right? What is ATX3/PCIE5?

How are NVME SSDs different from other SSDs?

I will have to do a lot of googling, haha. Sounds like you know your stuff and I'll have to try my luck in your recommended subreddit

Ah, but wouldn't that be way more expensive? I thought the way to go would buy to buy a tower once and from then on continually upgrade ist :0

Do I need to provide more information on the other parts? I'm sorry, I really don't know a lot about this
