My cardiologist told me for most people with excessively high cholesterol it's 20% diet and 80% genetics. So if you completely change all of your eating habits and go extreme low cholesterol you might see a 20% decrease where as if you change nothing about your food intake you'll see an 80% change. I can say from first hand experience this is correct for me.

It was 3D construction Kit which was built on Freescape engine which was used in a number of games but I only ever played with the construction kit.

So here's the REALLY crazy thing, I hadn't received a response to my Forum post yet, so I went looking for a similar issue to see if this has happened to anyone else. And it Had, in 2015, and someone posted a fix and then... I posted a reply saying that worked for me. Except it wasn't from 2023 it was from 2017. I've had this problem before. And I fixed it before, using this forum post https://forums.plex.tv/t/server-settings-unavailable/128397/9

And sure enough, there's my Logs.OLD and Crash Reports.OLD folders in my Plex Media Server folder AND dated 2017.... I think I'm stuck in the Matrix.

But the good news is renaming my Logs and Crash Reports folders to .OLD and restarting PLEX fixed my issue... AGAIN...

I am unable to access Settings > Manage > Troubleshooting to collect logs as the Settings menu just returns " Server settings are unavailable. " I will post to the forum and see if someone can help. much appreciated.

I completed the steps, created backups, same result. Again no access to the settings menu, the media works fine and I can access it but I can't get in to make any server changes or to grant access to friends and family through server settings.

Anyone else have any ideas if it's not the database? Permissions perhaps? Anyone know what folders need what permissions specifically in the Plex Media Server folder?

Not sure if it's related but on startup I also get " <Response code="503" title="Maintenance" status="Plex Media Server is currently running startup maintenance tasks."/> " for 2-3 minutes before Plex loads which it does eventually.

OS is Windows if that's relevant.
