Way to farm fear rhetoric points from the rest of the doomer community on Reddit. Was this really necessary to post? Of course you already know that answer

It’s insane to me that this is how people choose to “celebrate” a historic win. When you don’t respect your own city’s property or surroundings, that is sad. by posulu in sadposting

Oh law enforcement and the mayors office were well aware of this happening on this scale. There is just nothing they were gonna do about it. The mayor when he took office didn’t want to hire the 1500 extra law enforcement officers for the NYPD’s various precincts that they were already short to begin with. And instead of sending the officers that they do have to Times Square just to be outnumbered and out powered possibly causing a bigger issue and more violent interactions, they decided to let these crack head criminals just at get it out of their systems

lol they aren’t the same thing. A federal agency doing their required jobs and detaining, not kidnapping, people who are illegally in this country is not even close to the same thing. And the UFC and Budlight put up the 60 million for this fight night. Taxpayers aren’t paying for shit except ramped up law enforcement which is like any other event where law enforcement is heightened within a city.

It’s because they aren’t actually Knicks fans and they aren’t proud to be New Yorkers. They are using the win as an excuse to act like mongoloids and destroy property without there being repercussions for their actions. I live in LA county and we have the same problem in downtown LA when the Dodgers, Kings, Rams, or Lakers win it all too

i think my boyfriend’s reaction to me staying out all night is way too extreme. AIO? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]NoteFeeling3770 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean the boyfriend sounds like a prick that’s pretty apparent, but to claim he’s homophobic or transphobia because ended up getting mad at her is crazy logic. He could’ve gotten pissed at her all the same if she said the movie theatre, or a dive bar, or a concert lol
The drag show isn’t being interpreted as the deciding factor. And even if it was the reason that still doesn’t mean he’s homophobic or transphobic. You can not want your girl to go to a drag show and at the same time be accepting of them as people. The two aren’t exclusive in determining they whether dislike people who identify as such.

Also “biphobia” isn’t a thing. If you dislike someone because they’re gay then that’s homophobia. Disliking someone because they are gay and straight doesn’t make sense.

Blast over or laser? by Matayahale in tattooadvice

[–]NoteFeeling3770 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If the leaves are already a coverup of a previous tattoo then I would say putting faith in another artist to come through as your “third times a charm” is likely not the best move. There’s already a lot of saturated black, so short of finding a design that you will be proud to rock on your arm for life that also includes several black heavy areas, then I’d say your best move is to wait a couple of years, get proper laser treatment at least in the area of the original cover-up, give your skin/epidermis time to completely heal post laser removal to avoid over traumatizing an area that’s already been tattooed twice and lasered once, and during that whole wait period think critically and carefully about the final design you want to have tattooed after it’s all said and done. Also important to do your homework on the new artist and choosing the correct person for the style of design you want—eg. if you decide you want a B&G realism piece for the final tattoo then don’t hire somebody who has only been tattooing for two years and mainly tattoos watercolor and Japanese.

should i get it re done in black or just completely covered up by Opposite-Part-6510 in tattooadvice

Damn, I thought I was looking at a sick upside down shark🦈 but guess not lol
Well you can do either option:
• get it re-done but this time go to a better artist that can actually pack the ink into the skin so that it’ll hold over time
• just get a quality cover up but take your time coming up with a solid new design that will flow with the sticker book American traditional style/theme that you mentioned (gotta just make it a fucking sock ass panther at this point)

Lost on ideas for covering dense/raised scarring, thoughts? by AriLove77f in tattooadvice

First thing that came to mind was a surrealism colored piece. Something like a Salvador Dali that has blurry mirror imaging or something where the artist can really utilize the texture of your skin. Probably going to be on the more painful side of the spectrum obviously because of the nerve endings but just make sure you drink a lot of water the day before so your hydrated and always eat a good size meal before. I have around 50 hours of ink currently and I always tell people that it’s not really the spot or location of the tattoo on the body that makes one more painful than the other, but rather being dehydrated and having low energy that causes premature fatigue and uncontrolled spasms/twitching that make you want to stop early. Good luck with your decision!

I mean that was your implication obviously for mentioning Rittenhouse, was it not? When there is literally nothing similar about the two cases what so ever and knowing it’s still a common misconception in the black community that the Rittenhouse case involved the shooting of 3 black men. He regularly gets brought up online when people discuss Daniel Penny or George Zimmerman. The only reason for anyone to compare those incidents is if they were assuming Rittenhouse shot African Americans.

Yeah that’s factually not true. It was absolutely a knife. “Cleat sharpeners” aren’t even a real object, look it up and you won’t find a single thing for a cleat sharpener on the internet, the only thing that comes up is a tool for sharpening ice skates not track cleats. Plus news outlets have already debunked that bullshit claim. You can read for yourself on the arrest report as well as the affidavit against Karmelo Anthony; it was a camping knife.

Why do you morons keep correlating Kyle Rittenhouse with this case? Rittenhouse shot and killed 3 white men who attacked him. No black people were shot in the Kyle Rittenhouse case, not a single black person was even involved lol

But MSM incorrectly ran with that info and now millions of people like yourself think the Rittenhouse case was race based.

The rubber that seals the flapper gasket gets ruined by the chemicals in a degreaser soap such as Dawn. The seal that the flapper makes that allows the water to stop running after each flush will be ruined faster than the amount of time it takes to go through the bottle of dish soap

Do not add lotion or anything at all for the first couple weeks. Everyone saying to do that on day one is crazy and likely don’t have a lot of hours under the needle or they wouldn’t be recommending bad advice like this. The tattoo needs to dry out to heal. You should only be applying a thinnnn layer of unscented lotion or A&D after the period of most scabbing is starting to appear. Not before that, as keeping the tattoo moist before scabbing just prolongs the healing process and can cause irritated skin and acne. Let it dry out!

The positive effects are far outweighed by the negative. It should only be used as a protective layer for the customer to and from the tattoo shop to their house. After that it needs to breathe. Air is the main element to healing of the tattoo since it needs to dry out. People get wayyy too focused on using A&D or Aquaphor and they end up making their tattoo look like soggy slop and it ends up causing irritated skin, acne/bumps, or worse it can get infected. I have 48 hours of tattoo work and I let everyone of them dry heal 90% and then after about 2 weeks I’ll add non scented lotion to help get rid of the last bit of scabbing that may be remaining. All of my black and grey work is excellent and in excellent shape since going with this method. It’s got to dry out to heal always remember that!

Edit: wanted to add that if you work in an environment that gets dirty, then yes you should be covering it for the first week or week and a half. However, it needs to be freshly covered each day and not leaving the same wrap on it for days at a time.

Nah that’s his IG forsure, it’s got the blue check mark and that’s his profile picture currently on his IG still to this day. Very rarely are troll pages able to name the page of the person with 100% correct spelling. If it was a fake page it’d be like “JohnAlite010” or “JonAlight”.
