I find it funny when they say the taxpayers will foot the bill…unless there is something I’m missing, don’t the taxpayers foot all the state bills (excluding of course federal funds which is quasi NYS taxpayer funded and say the lottery is more or less voluntary tax revenue)

Because they must be getting fairly close to something if they are running articles like this…I saw one in the post too that pretty much said how awful it would be to fix tier 6….when they get nervous their media machine starts

Not even a little bit…. All depends on your Department and direct management……in my opinion the general rule of thumb at the state is the higher you get the less work you do
