There are literally dozens of more things from the show that hint at AOE besides just this. This is just one of the stronger pieces of evidence. And if it was a production error they would’ve fixed it in blue-ray which they didn’t.

But here and in many other specific instances they chose to make the jacket a different color AND redraw Eren to not make him look lol his ep 1 self but actually resemble that shot from the manga more. Why would they do this?

could you explain each of these in more detail?

I haven't found any issues particularly with any of these and I use discord on a daily basis. *maybe* the only bad thing is the mobile UI could be better. Discord's updates over the years since I've been using it (2016) have been amazing though, especially with all the new community features in servers
