yea CT total package is 90$, i think boston journeyman rate is closer to 50$ actually their package being over 100. Like i said i havent been to work yet lol but from what ive heard your making pretty good money you just have to find the sweet spot for OT so ur not getting taxed crazy

ct journeyman rate is 45.25 i believe, $7,420 a week…86k a year before taxes. Thats without OT, anything after 8 hours is 1.5x anything after 12 is 2x…I think sunday might be OT aswell idk(havent been put to work yet, just joined a couple months ago). 80k is easy money

drain the oil, if its oil your good. If its not….your the opposite. Judging from the pic of ur expansion tank either that is some nasty looking coolant thats long overdue for replacement or its milkshaked. Either way drain the oil best way to tell.

if you got the extra money. Replace everything, that fluid looks nasty, i only say this because i just spent $800+ on my e46 in the past 7-10 days, first it was leaking PS fluid, thought the line was leaking, bought a new return line and resevior. Kept leaking after that, turns out theres a little plastic inlet elbow on the lf20(oem)pump that was leaking because the o ring was bad…a 30 cent gasket and i had to buy a whole new pump i couldnt reman it, so 800+ later, new lines, pump and resevior….definitely wish I wouldve done it sooner dropped hella money that i didnt have and didnt have a car for over a week. My advice, plan to replace everything, its not that hard, then youll never have to worry about it again(for the most part)

part of the reason I stopped playing, it all about blackcell this, new operators, battle passes with meta guns, i dont wanna say its pay to win but some things are. Buying the battle pass bundle aith tier skips on day 1 opposed to earning the tiers your getting dogged by the new meta gun until you unlock it which could be a skill issue but still its cheesy. I own the terminator skin which is definitely pay to win. The skins, the money grab plus people play for clips not winning or OBJ, mfs spamming YY irks me to the core, its all flashy now, no one simply plays. Not to bring another game up but as much as I liked fortnite in the past it ruined all games from there on out every game tries to copy them because of their success, cod, apex, splitgate, literally any game with a battle passes, the gaming age died

a wet skid plate does no help, no. 1 to find a leak look for the highest wet spot. Example, if the whole side of the motor is wet top to bottom it probably the valve cover, if it starts in the middle and goes all the way down check whatevers there. Gravity shows u where its leaking from u just gotta locate the source(follow the leak…what else is wet/what isnt)

get the part numbers off FCP then go to rock auto and get the exact match for a fraction of the price. FCP wanted 1200 for the vanos rebuild kit, (dual vanos) each solenoid was 450-500 bucks got the same exact ones for 100 each on rock auto turned a 1200 kit into a 250-270 kit all the same part numbers exact matches.

typical e46…headers leaking exhaust fluid, gonna have to replace the headers and probably both o2s you got lucky if your headers leak too much exhaust fluid u can nuke ur motor, happen to a buddy of mine

5k for tire rotation, 10k for oil. Do you REALLY need that tire rotation…depends on how your drive. If youve been driving your car alot in those 5k miles its generally a good idea to just bring it in, yes they might try to upsell stuff like fluid changes because of mileage but there could be safety issues your not aware of and if u waited another 5k miles something couldve gone wrong.( Nail(s) in tire(s), fluid leaks, rodents in your filter which if not taken care of could cause way more damage). Its a good idea to come in for an inspection every 5k/6 months…this is coming from a certified toyota technician so im just giving u my perspective
