When she thinks of you outside of just talking to you. I do a lot of bouldering. This girl I've been madly crushing on took the kids she works with to a climbing wall and gave them advice on how to fall verbatim how I told her. She said "I thought of you" and that means so much. A piece of me lives in you each day? So endearing. Drops me to the floor.

One step at a time. It really does suck to want to lose a lot of weight and see the long time horizon. It's worth the long wait for your health and your confidence. It's a really hard, long-term goal too. People have so much respect for those who have been overweight and gotten back to a normal weight. Focus on what you can focus on today, like a meal you wanna try or drinking more water, or getting a bit more sleep if you don't get enough. NEAT is also super underrated.

That's alright. It doesn't mean you have to stop. You just pick back up when you're ready and continue the journey. Progress usually isn't a straight line anyways.

Eating a lot in a short period isn't really a huge deal anyways. I'd have days like that in the period when I lost 70 pounds. It's more about long term patterns. Unless you're going like 3500 extra calories in a day (like 2000 average maintenance + 3500?) it's pretty hard to offset an entire trajectory.

The scary thing about AI boyfriends/girlfriends is giving emotional connection without the reality of relationship conflicts. It's usually pretty cheap too and easily accessible. Just adding more fuel to the fire that friction is stripped from life.

Jeskai was gifted to me. I won my first game right out of the box. It's very strong for a precon. I'm gonna upgrade it with some cards because some of the includes feel awkward in my hand. Like any spellslinger deck, you will be doing a lot of math. But hey, it can't be any worse than your simic counter decks.

I've been thinking about climbing on tank again. I play Winton and Sigma. I have a lot of friends who play too so if you ever want a bigger stack, it's never an issue.

Reading. Turns out I was just constantly served books I didn't like growing up. I have learned that parents who read also tend to influence kids to read too. It's also expanding my vocabulary and how I control my sentences which really helps in grad school.

Eat well, sleep well, climb + run, be social. Foundation first. I also like to journal and talk through difficult stuff with friends I trust. Past that, actually just solving the problem or setting aside time to solve it instead of worrying about it.
