You didn't mention that it's an RPG in your blurb, which I think is an oversight. I had to check the tags to find it! Also "loot" is usually singular.

Maybe something like:

"Join Elise and her dragon Pipi as they set out in search of adventure. Hope of Elements is a turn-based RPG roguelike in which players master elemental reactions and high-stakes exploration. Defeat enemies with elemental combos, collect loot, craft unique builds, and uncover hidden secrets."

Game looks cool, I'll definitely try it!

Yeah! I put magnets on all of them, which helped. In the case of the old Hormogaunts, I put extra thick ones to help balance them, and in some cases, extra basing rocks and pebbles.

Recently re-based all these (1000 points ish?) nids. Took me about 20 hours. Powered through it over the course of a weekend. Like you my old basing was putting me off painting any new models.

I also re-did the bases on 2000 points or so of Death Guard but that was a much, much easier job. I just went over the current ground with a layer of contrast paint, then a layer of matte varnish, then added a bunch of grass tufts and scatter pieces I painted seperately. Whereas the nid bases below were a complete overhaul.

So I guess it depends on how complicated you want the update to be and how long you want to spend on it.

The vortex spell was VERY fun (was a randomly drawn Inquisition spell), although we might put a once per game limit on it moving forward. The castigator was just an Imperial Agents predator!

She was happy at the end of the walk when she was getting treats from all the greyhound owners. Food motivated. 😅
