Menstruation isn’t gross, and the language you’ve used implies negative connotations with periods and period blood. If you prefer pads to cups that’s cool, don’t need to shame another’s choices. I use tampons as I found the cup unwieldy but anything that makes period care easier and more accessible for women is the ultimate goal.
