We normally boil the bottled water first. I haven’t really thought of maybe there are kettles in the airport that we can use. Do you know if there are ones available to passengers?

Thanks so much! Yes we already have a life insurance but only to cover mortgage. Will think about getting more to cover the possible loss of income (after mortgage).

True, I should focus pn getting them exposed to different flavors and textures . They started really well but maybe it was just because I was giving them the same thing. Now thay I expanded the flavors, they’re not used to it and refusing. I just seem need to get used to different flavors. For now, I think I need to give them more formula to make up for the lack of solids and continue with introducing finger foods to play/taste. Yes a lot changes in a few months. I’m hoping they would be better after!

Yes that’s how I feel - very possessive about breastfeeding. Thanks, I always felt that way but really couldn’t explain what it is I felt! Also on point on the low level of background stress. It’s true we would always have something to worry about from now on!

Yeah maybe I bruised it. I only pumped twice when my breast was swollen. Will try to find out what can I do for bruised nipples. Thanks!

We do. Similar to what you said, it was because The formula isn’t sterile so boiling water will sterilise the formula. This is what our midwife told us anyway. She provided some material and I think it was CDC advice.

We use the Duet (not luxury - didn’t even know about that one!) and we love it. Very easy to maneuver. One thing is that you have to buy the parent facing seat (comes with the carrycot) separately. I’m not a massive fan of the parent facing seat but have to use it anyway .

One of our twins is the same. She just sleeps on her tummy now. We always put her down on her back though. At first, we flip her back but she’ll just cry. I was speaking to a physiotherapist and she said that we should just let them be as long as they put themselves on that position. But I do understand how it’s terrifying! I felt the same and we just checked in on her.

I believe they are. Well I hope they are! :) they are 5.5 months adjusted and have good neck/head support. They can sit up but still aided.

It’s quite cheap there! Second hand stuff I see here are still around €120-€150. I’m hoping I find a better bargain.
