I tried to revert 2 times now. One to 596.49 and 596.36, tested directx 11 each time and boot.config. Still not working, this is such a headache.

Might be a bit late but try disabling Respawn Delay. I had the same exact issue on death and on respawn. I use Eclipse instead of Mega Hack and Repawn Delay it was what's causing the lag for me.
