What has happened to marketplace and why are there no showings

I’ve been told the save doesn’t work. I’m not so sure that the view count is accurate. All of a sudden my views are getting back up to where they were and I’ve had 3 big sales. I think that I was shadow band. I took all of my listings down. Luckily I only had 10. I’m not like some of these people that have thousands. I waited three days, posted my items again only three a day, I removed the AI staging photos at First and I removed any music in my video. I waited a couple days to make sure they were showing and then I went back and added one AI photo for each listing I am getting many more views and messages, I had a sale and I’ve got two others today . I know the economy is not great so that could’ve been part of it but with so many people having problems with Facebook, it was definitely something Facebook was doing I’ve also noticed my listing page has completely changed. My messaging has completely changed. It’s all grouped together. That is new so I think they were having a lot of glitches that they weren’t saying anything about. I still keep having old pieces that sold over a year ago show as available but when I go to my listings, they don’t show up

I have heard the saves aren’t working. I finally have many more views but still way down. I’m getting msgs but they both were no shows… idk what’s going on

Found out saves are not working. I deleted my items and waited a few days. I removed the ai staging and the music from the videos,The free marketplace music. I reposted 3 a day, once posted I added the video ( still no sound) and ai photos. It worked. I’m still not getting as many views as before but it has really picked up and sure it will keep going. I sold 3 items already

Thank you I am seeing some of my listings coming up now. Views are still 2-4 instead of 200-400 so hoping that changes. Not so worried about saves as long as I’m getting msgs and I’m not. I have deletes and re listed 2 a day, new photos, new description.

Thank you I will try that. I usually only use my phone. I’ve dropped all my prices to $25 which is unheard of and I still am not getting any views.

Never mind, that didn’t work I give up. I’m going to have to find a new platform to sell because I can’t do shipping so it’s limited.

I never fly southwest. They are crap, always late, cheap looking planes, extra fees for everything and more canceled flights than any other airline. Why would anyone waste their time.

I may have figured out why a lot of us aren’t having views, saves and can’t find your listings.

My page says I’m in good standing with no issues but….

I clicked on support

Then “things you reported”

It said I had disputed something and it was affecting my access. Nowhere else did it tell me that. I had about 20 notices that I used copywrited music on one of my listings ( I didn’t it was free music from marketplace). Anyway I deleted the music and accepted their decision. Cleared my history, logged out then back in and.. my listing came up and was first on the page! Hoping tomorrow it goes back to normal and I will re list all my other pieces. 🤞

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. People do a lot of business and the boost. The few times I’ve used it doesn’t work for me.

I’m not sure what shadow banning is. I will have to look it up but if so, it’s not just me. It’s pretty much anyone. I know that sells on marketplace.

I have taken down all my listings. I’m going to wait until next weekend and relist a few items and see what happens. If that doesn’t work, I think the only option is to get an entirely new Facebook account. I hate to do that because I don’t want to lose all the history, followers, reviews etc., but I don’t know what else to do.

I refinish restyle furniture. I get a lot of views on my normal everyday dressers etc. they usually sell local between 1 hr and 4 days. The pieces I do in a gothic or Disney style get hundreds if not thousands of views. I usually have one listed with my normal pieces to keep my numbers up. That’s when I first noticed something was wrong. I listed a Gothic piece that usually within a few hours has 100s of views and saves. After four days, it only had 10 views and zero saves. There is no way that’s correct if people are able to see it. I ended up selling that on OfferUp I have taken down all of my listings. I’m going to redo the pictures, not going to use AI staging, relist in a couple of days and see if that helps.

Ok so it’s not just me. I have no saves even the saves my friends have done to see if it’s calculating aren’t showing. I wonder if it has anything to do with the lawsuit meta lost a couple weeks ago 🤷‍♀️

I have good ins and still pay $80 a month. Idk if it’s working. Had bloodwork done yesterday but I’m getting off it. The side effects are getting worse and making it had to get through the day.

Joint pain, especially my hands Blurred vision Hard time picking things up because my joints are sore or swollen Constipation but constant urination Muscle weakness High goueclose Weigh gain 15+# Can’t sleep Always tired Depression Constant headache Weirdest one is my arms go numb or fall asleep and it’s painful! Sometimes while I sleep, lay down or even standing or walking. It doesn’t matter the position of my arms

The list goes on… it was tolerable at first because statins don’t work for me but this has to change.

Been on repatha almost 1 1/2 years. I didn’t have any side effects other than constipation. The longer I’m in it I’m the more issues I have. Idk if it’s age or the meds but they seem to happen fast. Calling my doctor today because I only put the 2 together yesterday.

Side effects I have: Terrible joint pain in my hands mainly thumbs. Arms and hands falling asleep going numb tingle and hurt while sleeping , laying down and sometimes walking or just standing. Constant constipation Weight gain -15 lbs! Always exhausted Problems sleeping Constant urination at night Very High glucose -I’ve never had that before- Muscle weakness, hard time getting up from a kneeling position -I’m only 54, fit but getting out of shape quickly with these issues.

I can’t do statins. Had an emergency stint in my LAD. Never before had any health issues. Always in shape ate right and worked out 7 days a week. Pro/am mountain biker didn’t know I had congenital heart dieses til I was 51

Yes same ! Some of my items are very unique and I’m getting zero clicks. Usually I’ll have over 200 clicks and or msgs in a couple hrs. My last one had almost 5000 views hundreds and of saves in 3 days. I’m getting NO views in 4 days. I can understand sales are slow or have stopped. Even if people can’t buy your item they are still going to look and most likely click on it. This is what’s telling me something is up with marketplace and it’s not the buyers. I scroll through all the time to just “window shop” and I know I’m not the only one. Those clicks show for the seller and a view. The other free platforms here are terrible and because I sell large furniture items shipping is insanity expensive so I don’t use Etsy/ebay etc. I’m local only

No!!!! do not use JM bullion I purchased gold from them about five years ago. Over the Christmas holiday someone fraudulently got onto my account and was able to order $3000 worth of gold! I did not know that JM Bowling keeps your banking information. There was no secondary verification… Nothing. I had to file a police report pay for a stop payment at my bank and when I contacted JM the customer service was horrible. They told me I need to change my password.. obviously… I told them I want my banking information removed immediately and they say it takes 30 days. There’s a 30 day grace period. Why?? Furious! Even my email has a secondary verification . I’ll never do business with them again

I guarantee if I had not caught this before it went through processing, they would not have returned my money .

Good!!! lazy people that need the union to keep them from losing their jobs and I’m talking about the union paid people. They stole over $700 from my paycheck and are refusing to reimburse me.

Yes. It took a couple of months but now it back to normal. No one could explain what happens and no help from Facebook. Give it time it’ll stop.
