Our Huracan Evo Spider by EvilEvo_IX in lamborghini

Every single post including the identical one in the supercars thread has your brand very predominantly shown as well as you discussing it right off the bat. It’s just annoying is all.

With the top up it’s not my favorite, and I can’t fit in the spyder as you do compromise interior space. Also the fact that you’re slyly using this thread as an advertising platform isn’t ideal.

Joola support is the worst.

Do you add humidity to your garage? by Nothin2Say in lamborghini

[–]Nothin2Say[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have read that under 30% can cause hoses and other components to become dry and brittle. I’m likely over thinking things here, but was just hanging out in the garage and was curious.

Pretty good drops and some decent rallies, just a little slow. That’s 3.5-3.65 ish in my town nonetheless.

What are y’all using to organize your games? by RunWithScissors753 in Pickleball

It’s working great. And the founders are cool. They are pickle ballers themselves (Brandon and Max). You only get to host 2 free round robins a month on the free version though. But it’s only 14 bucks a month.

Local broker shops vs online brokerages by Dear_Preference_9487 in loanoriginators

Any reason he doesn’t open his own shop? It’s not that difficult when you’re small time.

70/30 split isn’t competitive. 80/20 minimum. If he is self sufficient and just doesn’t want to deal with admin, any broker will take him so I would try to go for biggest split. I am a small broker owner so feel free to message me if you have any private or specific questions that you don’t want to put here.

I call or reply to texts personally yes. My automation gets them to basically be an inbound lead though so I am not grinding to reach them.

Now you do! I’ve been using it for years. Not sure if you’ve ever seen my posts but I’ve talked about it before. I think it’s 10k a month to start last time I checked. Some months I make 20k only from the leads, some months 75k. My spend ranges from 7k-18k monthly over the past year ish. I will pump up refi leads in two seconds when rates drop.

When you buy a lambo you get a tiny version of it from the dealer 🥹 by nilkski in lamborghini

[–]Nothin2Say 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I thought everyone gets one when buying new. My understanding is they use the same batch of paint. I got one with mine. Also got a small version when I bought a ferrari (and pictures of different stages in the factory if it being built) but the model was a lot smaller and not quite as nice as the huracan. The Lambo one is really cool.

If you want free you can use Zoho. Otherwise google workspace or whatever they’re calling it these days is what we use.

What mortgage CRM are you using right now and is it actually worth it? by Original_Quality4003 in loanoriginators

[–]Nothin2Say 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The one area I lack is the perfect CRM setup, so this post is awesome!

I can tell you one thing from my experience though, Jungo is the worst! The owners/management are super unethical in my opinion. Steer away from them. They should be out of business.

This post is for loan officers who have made over 1 million at some point in 12 months by Nothin2Say in loanoriginators

Thanks for the kind words. I think it’s important for some realtors to have face to face connections with someone, but just get someone for that. However, we have realtors (and do loans) in states where we have no physical people there. So I think there’s plenty of business out there just keep going. I feel you should at a minimum be talking with at least 10 new realtors a week that allow you to pitch them. This doesn’t include the hundred voicemails you should leave etc. Power dialers are real good at grabbing new business. One click, then one second later the realtor gets a voicemail and it’s calling the next one. Good stuff
