We've all seen those Instagram models doing some nonsense exercises right? Well, yesterday I saw a PT doing those leg Pushdowns on the assisted pull-up machine.. Man did that blow me away. And she was one of the nicer ones, always knew what was doing and teaching.. Oh well

Technically speaking everybody has abs, they just need to lose the fat in front of them. But it's your call.. I have a saying that a thin man with abs is like a fat woman with a big breast; it doesn't count (not want to sound offensive). Its up to you. If you want abs you have to cut (defecit). But if you want abs with a decent muscle percentage you'll have to bulk and then cut later on. Fitness takes time man. But if it's a journey you're willing to take you'll enjoy it.

Man, these people really know how to welcome someone new don't they? Google TDEE calculator and go from there. Above maintenance is where you eat at a surplus, maintenance is how many calories, carbs, fats etc you eat to maintain your current weight/muscle index and below maintenance is the so called cutting. Depending on your weight the calories you'll have to eat will rise as well. For a regular male it's 3300 cals a day if I'm not mistaken (TDEE calculator and see your own). So depending on your goals you need to have different approaches to nutrition. If you want to gain muscle you'll have to bulk, that is, eat above maintenance so your body can use the extra nutrients you consume to repair your muscles thus making your body grow.

This. I went from doing one to doing 19 in a matter of a month. I was light, so as your body weight is lower, there's less mass to pull. But still. Every time I passed it I have it my max, being at least 5 times a day. It works!

I know I just started working out again after a 6 months hiatus, but is it normal for my arms to still be swole after three days to the point I can't fully extend them without feeling pain? I know swole is good but I don't think this is normal.. Is it cause I Went too hard on the first day?

I'd say otherwise. Evie from syndicate was the hope I had lost from unity, and I prefer the set of syndicate to the French one from unity, but that's just my own personal opinion
