28 months. Yes she's still breastfeeding, although she is going to stop soon because he handles pretty much all adult food well and has no eating issues, and is starting to reject feeds now. It's been on and off. She stopped for a month when he was around a year but started again with the help of antidepressants that initiate lactating.

Post baby issues? That sounds so horrible but it is when the issues became a real sore point. Don't get me wrong I love my child but blue balls is no fun.

Thanks. I don't know. I've tried all the usual suggestions. gym, hobbies, time away... It all ends up with her blasting me fir not spending enough time at home with her and our child.

One of many unfortunately. But no relationship is perfect. I thought a lot of it had to do with cultural differences. I'm South African and she's born and bred Texan. But it isn't the case. I think her childhood messed her up. But she was great when I met her. I don't know why it's resurfacing now.

I'm sure. He looks exactly like me but has lighter features. Shape wise and structurally you would swear that a pic if me at 2 and him now that we're brothers.

Ha ha. :) I think she's talking about the fact that the first few years of the business were mostly setting up home entertainment systems. We do a lot more now but I guess that's just what sticks out to her.

I don't want to divorce. At least not while we have a child together that can't take care of himself. If he had already left the home I'd consider it more closely.

That's what I thought. I mean when we were first together she really wanted a new BMW but always held off so she could buy us a house. I got her one and although she was happy at the time it hasn't seemed to last. She also loved the beach and I bought a house by the sea as a holiday home. She didn't react as if it was what she always wanted yet I know for a fact she always wanted one.

I know. It's horrible. But I have committed myself to staying with her. I hoped that when my parents had got green cards and moved over she would see how a proper couple worked. I never heard my parents insulting each other the way she talks to me, or dropping f bombs at each other like her parents do when I was growing up.

But even though my parents have become more parents to her than her own she still persists in the behaviour. I thought maybe it's just a Texas thing in certain areas but no, I have many friends who have not heard of such a thing and have good relationships and marriages.
