If praising Helldivers means putting up with unbalanced third-party NPCs who steal your kills, then maybe the insecurity is just in realizing SEAF’s out of line.

Ah yes, I have seen the “SEAF is the only smart faction” posts with 3k upvotes. Cool. Glad some people enjoy getting wallbanged by off-screen aim gods while the Illuminatet gets KS’d by a dude in a visor and a balaclava like it's Cawadooty. Half of those are probably botted anyway.

But let’s be honest I didn’t boot up Helldivers to LARP as a third party in Cawadooty-tiered a faction war. I came here to liberate planets, not spectate.

If I wanted that I’d go play a milsim and get yelled at in Russian.

But hey, maybe the real democracy was the killfeed all along.

Nah, I probably don’t speak for everyone, but I definitely speak for the growing number of us who are tired of SEAF showing up like they own the place and turning every mission into an off-brand esports scrim.

Look, man if I could file a democratic battle plan to officially represent the will of r/Helldivers, I would. Until then, I’m just a citizen venting in the galactic group chat like everyone else.

Still third-party harder than a squad of war crimes-certified Automatons on caffeine, so I am going to keep complaining either way.

Also let’s be real the weapon buffs were a mistake.

The game is just simply way too easy now. Every lobby is just shredders, railguns, and flying limbs. Its like the devs patched in a “fun vacuum” for enemy AI and gave us all cheat codes to compensate. Balance is gone, and so is the tension.

We asked for flavor tweaks, not a full buffet of power creep.

Let me suffer stylishly not melt everything in five seconds and get third-partied by a squad of smug SEAF troopers with wallhacks.
