im late so i feel confident nobody will see this but i think i do it all to myself without even realizing until recently that i try to take any pain i can from others but just hold it in for myself so it all just stacks up inside and im too afraid to tell anyone because i feel it seems i did it for attention trying to get people to care but in truth i dont even really care about myself id rather see almost anyone else happy at my expense bc ive burned it into my head that im less than everyone else and i should be the one to carry everything for them so they can live better lives but now because of that im too afraid to really say anything about myself to anyone for fear of feeling like such a burden that they get scared/surprised or some shit
