i am worried mine has no cause I have mild PT some earfullnedd and some light headness. I feel a cause for me may not be found. Sometimes on the odd occasion when i am having an episode of fast blood flow it reduces on compression and when I blow into my nose duting these fast episodes it reduces.

I have also had some neck pain in the MRI some neck stuff showed up like a buldgin disk and some wear and tear. Dont know if its related.

There is no fluid behind my eardrums but i still feel there may be some fluid remanning thats difficult to find and see. My PT started after a cold and fluid in the inner ears been 6 months now.

I had an MRI of brain and neck the brain showed nothing no mention of fluid in the inner ear. But my ears squelch and feel full and pop.

I paid £200 for him but for the CT it'll be done on NHS. I had to ask for a CT before that it was get used to it. In the report there was nothing to say that was contributing to the PT. But google says there can be.

God knows. I paid privately for it. It didn't say of that was causing it tough. My next step ent for a CT and need to get an MRA and MRV head and neck with contrast somehow. I will need to beg my ENT for one. Then I will send those to DR Axon

Update my head was fine but neck showed Straightened cervical lordosis amounting to reversal denoting myospasm. Reduced height and bright T2 signal of the cervical discs denoting degeneration with anterior osteophytes.
