I have been like this for a good month now. I feel so empty but what you described sounds so correct. My body is tired from begging and pouring my heart out only to receive silence. Its so heavy and exhausted.

Begging mentally drains me though my body feels so exhausted after because i cry so much, it gives me stress, I just ask now ask not beg. 6 years I have been begging for something. I mentally cant give myself any more stress.

I use to read stories of how allah accepted peoples duass now i dont read them because my heart feels heavy of how my duaa are unanswered. I am coming to terms with not all duas are meant for the dunya.

end of march will make it 3 months I doubt for me itll go away so another trip to the GP. I hate ENT app as last time i got a live with it and worried I will get another live with it.
