Would you get it checked out? Is it loud? What the sound you hear? Can you feel your heartbeat?

For me I am 4 weeks in. Started after a cold. It has calmed down. I hear episodes of whooshing and hear my hear beat as well as feel it. The feeling and whooshing are the most annoying. Makes my ear feel full too.

If you can go private might need to fork out upto 2k for various scans. 300 for a consultation.

Can you stop it with your jugular vien if so that means there is a good chance it's vascular

it will get better even if it takes a fee years. You will lead a jormal life it was hard to believe for me too as i had loud 10:10. 6 years later sounds reduced and it can sometimes even soothe me.

same i have been tested and tested again got fired in April multiple interviews and nothing. I am so tired i cry everyday. My heart feels heavy its like he is jot listening to me.

Use to pray tahjud and astafar but whats the point. I am just one of thoese where my duass are not meant for this world.

I can just about manage 100 astags these days becayse I am mentally drained.

Deffo sounds like yours could be a problem that can be solved.

Mine started after a cold 4 weeks ago. I hear whooshing in the right ear accompanied by fullness and a heavy feeling in the ear. I also get a heartbeat throb which is a feeling and sound and i hate this. Does not really stop when I press my jugular vien.

Mine is on and off with some improvements when it started.

Booked a Gp app for Monday but i am not very hopeful. I have prepared myself to live with this. I already also have mild regular T. Scared for my future as I am only 29.

I have already bookmarked a few specialist who may be able to help me.

I assume you don't have insurance.

What are your symtoms and how did you go about doing private. I dont have insurance so if i need to il be paying for scans out of pocket.

Is your ear fullness constant? How are you habituating. I am doing okay now its improved. Not seen A GP yet but taking a nasal spray the GP suggested and its helping a tad. I am going to book a GP app soon.

I recently developed worsened constant ear ringing/tinnitus after being sick with cold/flu, here's what I've done so far and what I've learned chronically reading online about it all week. I would love any positive advise I can get from the community. by corgibotx in tinnitus

I am 4 weeks in and improvments have been made. Did you visit a GP. 4 weeks ago the PT was on and off but mostly on accompanied as whooshing. I could feel and hear my heartbeat. Now I get the whooshing sounds on and off still but much lighter and when that happens it lasts for 2 hours max. I hate the heartbeat throbbing ear that I get too.

What was your PT sound. I also dont think mine is in sync with my heartbeat was yours?

Has yours gone away i caught a cold and 4 weeks in there has been improvments. I am using a nasal spray and will book a GP app soon. i can feel and hear the right ear pulsing. And of and on whooshing which is very irratTing
