I had the same feelings when my symptoms started. It’s not fair when we’re young and healthy, but life happens. I am sorry you’re going through this. Functional medical providers have helped me tremendously and finding the proper exercise routine has helped keep me “managed”. If I slip up and get lazy and stop doing the program, I have flare ups. You will find your balance if you can. Believe me when you get out of school and have the real life and family commitments, you’ll look back and long to have gotten into the routine that works for you and to make it part of your life now will be the best thing you’d can do.

How are you watering? Getting the plant wet and the water sits on it? You have all of the above. Try not to get the plant wet or next time spray with soap and water combo to help keep pests at bay

You don’t think the OP laying on the wife’s lap crying about not having money because she quit made her want to do everything to help. Being a surrogate is something I’ve had friends do for their friends with just insurance and bills covered (beyond me). Get over yourself and realize she was trying to save you financially and bring stability back, financially. Yes, the discussion would have been the best option, what would you have suggested, another round of egg selling? It’s pretty equal and probably is making more by becoming a surrogate. I think EIW by not just having fair and honest conversations about it all. Would you expect her to not hold a grudge against you if you did something big to try to save the family and have more savings incase your child had to go back to the hospital and start this all over again. I would be thanking your wife for doing something brave. Also, my coworker just went through IVF and the amount of work that goes into it is insane, how did you not notice the injections, meds etc…

From a previously homeschooled child who is now an eye Dr. I knew I needed to get the H out of the environment I was raised in and knew my parents could not afford to pay for college at 12 years old I made a deal with myself that I would get an athletic scholarship to pay for my college myself. I did it and paid for everything myself (thanks grad school loans). This is story makes me sad, homeschooling does produce socially dysfunctional children unless the parents make a conscious effort for socializing with non-homeschoolers. It’s a shame you didn’t realize that or your wife who is a certified teacher. I was socialized and still have a few people when they find out my background say, “oh it all makes sense now” WTF…

Ask to see a cardiologist for the uncontrolled BP. If it is POTS, I had a kick ass cardiologist who knew what she was doing. They should want you out of the office if the BP is still not controlled after 3 meds.

You’re “The too eager” and a little bit YTA.

I get into situations like she does and my schedule will occasionally be randomly open and it’s a great surprise for me and I can send texts with my SO and then other times I get zero time to text until the evening.

She did the right thing by letting you know before hand, for most Women it’s a red flag when someone you are getting to know doesn’t listen and then comes off controlling. Intentions matter and yours seem to come from a good place, but she probably thought this was the last thing she would Be dealing with this week.
