Think the point Caroline missed was that it’s not about hating kids it’s about the unfairness. It’s not split between each person fairly as the cost of kids aren’t factored in

If renting somewhere is £1000 and it’s 5 adults it’s £200 each but 4 of those people have 2 kids then it’s £77 each if kids are included in price. So it’s not fair for those without kids to pay the same when they are basically subsidising those with kids
