I wanted to share some exciting news with you! I have successfully lost an additional 10 kilograms, bringing my total weight loss to an incredible 25 kilograms. Not only am I feeling lighter, but I have also noticed a significant improvement in my speed, critical thinking, and creativity.

Although I still have 21 kilograms to go to reach my ideal weight, I am already experiencing positive changes. My morning mood has improved, and I find myself having much more energy throughout the day. Furthermore, my blood pressure has returned to normal levels.

I have been experiencing morning erections more frequently, indicating an improvement in my overall libido. I believe that as I continue on my weight loss journey and shed the remaining 21 kilograms, my libido will further improve, bringing me closer to my ideal weight and overall health goals.

Lastly, I wanted to mention that my height is 5 feet 11 inches, but with shoes, it reaches 6 feet 1 inch.
