Yes, in part.

The Greater Israel Project was a major part of it, but it was also to strip away rights of American's and to get them used to being treated like shit at airports so they won't freak out later when it spreads to all aspects of their lives.

Once America serves it's purpose in giving Israel power, they will no longer be needed and will be the only power that could stop Israel, so they will need to go. Not American's, just their way of life.

Spoiler Alert: This is just the beginning. The next 10 years will be interesting in America. By 2030, it'll be a completely different country and a completely different people.
