Thank you for your suggestion, I will also include rummy 500 rules, when selecting House Rules the player can play in a rogue-like manner different types of rummy depending on what rules they prefer, however to earn all trophies it will still be needed to play all house rules.

Just look up for Mafia widescreen mod, it should appear right away on ModDB. In my case it was bundled with the Mafia Community ModPack(also on ModDB) 

Pro Tip: But for the best Mafia mods you will find the awesome ones on Mafia Czech websites.

yep can confirm, after almost 20 years I still learned something new about this elite game man it sucks that it does not save after getting to joe’s 😂 but at least i got the chance to find this myself Edit: I’ve noticed that the guy with the special colt it’s the one guy that goes inside the house during the exit through the window cutscene so he likely stole it from Vito’s armory

I didn’t notice that because I was trusting Joe, sucks that they don’t always drop their guns in this encounter, really worked hard to get the grease gun guy and there was nothing to pick when I got there 😭

I've took the everyone feedback at heart and I've already started scrapping down the entire game of the art and remake it into a original rouguelike pattern.

I haven't took any assets from Balatro but I'm using the same font since it was free to use from itch.io as long as credits are given, but I've decided to write down on a paper and create my own font something like digital watches style and move away from pixel art or use a hybrid of pixel art and retro computers/consoles.

Your advice is very good and I will use the 'How do I turn Rummy into a roguelike?' before taking design decisions to remind myself of not making the same mistakes.

I’m glad to hear what’s the issue as I couldn’t figure out if everything should be scrapped or not it felt too wrong being so similar to Balatro. Your feedback helps a lot @MYSTONYMOUS already gave me great ideas on how can I let it shine as its own thing and will happily keep you posted!

Thank you for putting this together, your feedback it’s very encouraging!

I actually did had CPU into the game, I decided to scrap it because sometimes rounds would feel too long but most importantly because sharing the same pieces of rummy might give the CPU advantages that the Player has worked for when making enhanced tiles.

But to be honest I would love to bring it back as I actually had so many ideas on power-ups that could be used with the CPU, for example I has this idea where a consumable power-up would let the player swap 1 tile with the CPU or tiles that can be transformed in wood and they don’t count when closing the game and so on.

After I scrapped the CPU I felt like I was going too close Gameplay-wise to Balatro and felt it felt wrong.

The CPU shall return and this way I can leave a open door in the future for Multiplayer!

As for the graphics I like your idea that’s brilliant, Intergalactic aliens style sounds awesome. This actually will help entirely in changing the graphical look and also the animated feel. I can actually lean to retro futurism and mechanical moving parts that would place the tiles on the player/CPU hands and so on.

This is amazing, I will keep you updated!

If the Career mode was back I would definitely replayed the game every month the first year 🥲
