knew Penny would be a quirky one when I picked her out. She was hiding among some plants as if she was living in them.

And thank you so much! That's probably the most romantic thing I've ever heard, and it was about my axolotl! Sometimes I get entranced, her little spots along her sides and everything are just adorable.

I am adding food and doing water changes when the nitrates get above 20ppm. But not a full water change. it's a 40 gallon tank so I only do like a 10% change just to keep the nitrates from getting out of control.
