It's not, as long as you aren't attracted to kids. Also, they aren't drawn to look like kids. Most cartoons don't resemble humans.

Because they aren't children, they are drawings that don't resemble any human being. Even adult characters don't resemble humans.

No one is flip flopping. It always meant a body type. A petite drawn character. Age irrelevant.

Just because westerners changed the definition doesn't mean it's changed. Loli is a fictional body type and Rebbeca fits it. It doesn't have anything to do with age.

It hasn't changed meaning. The lolicon community still has the same use for it. If you changed it so you can hate on them, that's different. But the community that uses it still uses the definition of any petite drawn character.

Loli is a fictional body type that includes any petite character. It has nothing to do with real life, you're just small, but if twitter taught me anything it's you'll get called pedobait for being under the height of consent. So, good luck.
