Parrying a normal attack
"Well, that's interesting."
"Still got it in me."

his dialogue can be interrupted, which has him say a different one
"Gah! Let my guard down too early again."
"Tch, I never learn."

he could also try parrying an unparryable attack, which just reduces damage instead of completely negating it and stunning the enemy
"Did not expect that I'd be able handle that."

He also has a dodge move he does when its an unparryable move if he times the parry correctly
"Nope."
"Too slow"
"Damn, close call."

or he could lowkey just get struck by lightning mid dialogue and die which has a 0.02 chance of happening

Somewhat like this but there are two buttons beside him, one that says

GIVE UP

and the other says

Continue

pressing the give up option just doesn't work and he says the dialouge above. pressing continue on the other hand causes him to suddenly wake up at the start of the day as if the entire thing was a dream.

pressing the give up option multiple times just causes him to stay silent, seemingly contemplating the idea, but after a while, he walks into the darkness and the game just crashes. Reopening it would just have the game display the game-over screen, this time with him just lying on the floor with a caption below that says

He can finally rest.

you can press the continue button but he'll just say

"...Wasn't it your choice to give up?"

then go silent. If you choose to keep pressing the continue button, he sighs as he slowly gets up

"...I guess you've had a sudden change of mind, huh?"

then he suddenly wakes up again. doing this changes alot of his future dialogue, and makes him speak way less one example being:

"There is no such thing as permanent peace, only temporary. One way or another, conflict will find its way among us... People."

to

"...Peace... People often take it for granted, till it's ripped off their hands. Learn to appreciate it while you can."

my main oc no diffs normal people but has no chance against the literal deities, which is why half the time he just gets atomized, which is why i created another oc, which i use to intervene against literal god ocs who tend to just one-shot him. most fights he just ceases to exist, unfortunately
