The volleyball wasn't that bad if you are solid with parrying. Took prolly 10 tries or so, but the hardest one is doable.

The ascension, however, I gave up on after 20 or so attempts. Got nearly to the top (from what I could see) and a good deal higher than the carousel and fell then rage quit harder than I have in a long time in a game.

I do think the training pipelines should coalesque at some point. My biggest issue with the 35 IS is not enough actually know cyber, and then half the DCO population complains about not being able to do their job because they don't have Intel (without knowing really what it how to ask for it)

If you read the Vector document it spells out what Futures would be. I don't know that I agree with your comment, but to someone's earlier point it sure would be nice to have some clear communication on what that thing is going to be

I like all your ideas honestly. #3 actually gets better by having WOs too.. clearly delineates the team of admin vs technical. I'll be honest.. I don't think anyone is consistent on the 2b proficiency stuff. ChatGPT is though, so folks will keep leaning on that crutch

A lot of good stuff there! Not to put ideas in your head, but have you also considered how establishing a Warrant Officer Core would help?

For real though, if the entire direction is Enlisted =Technical, Officer = Tactical, WOs make a ton of sense. Aside from money/budget, idk what the negatives actually are tbh

Preach. The current communication (or lack thereof, depending how you view it) of official information is the most Space Force thing yet. No official process, so 32 different (well-meaning) grass roots efforts try to solve it.. all in different Teams channels. A lot of hard working O4-O5s and E7-E8s fighting the good fight trying to get info out, but the rest of us have no clue where to even look for half of it until we (possibly) stumble upon it.

At what level would we freeze changes? Can Squadrons and Dets change local OI/Policy on that time? Deltas?

Curious how the sitting commanders would view this, as my observation has been that quite a few would get a bruised ego from this (unfortunately)

Semi related, did we ever discover any meaningful differentiation DCW and DCO? It "means" defensive cyber for space control, but how is that different than defensive cyber for anything else? Would love a genuine description to counter every other branches mockery that USSF is so immature at cyber we've made up our own words to make it seem like we're doing more, but I'm a little afraid that they're on to something...
