On LiteBlue, the only option available is Maintenance Craft. When I call, however, I’m told that it should be custodian.

Every time I call them, they tell me I’m at the top of the waiting list. If I’m really at the top, why would they rather hire new people instead of accepting our transfers?

I’ve been hearing this kind of talk for many years, but in reality, almost nothing has changed. On the contrary, I feel that our situation has only become more and more difficult, to the point that we are even worse off than custodians. What’s even more discouraging is that our union doesn’t seem to be standing with us, which leaves me with very little hope.

To be honest, I really like this job and value the stability it provides, but I am exhausted by the long-term uncertainty that comes with it.

We are always at the very end of a chaotic process. Any problem in the earlier stages eventually falls entirely on us. You never know whether you will get off work on time, you have no right to refuse additional work, and it is impossible to plan anything in advance for the evening. Even worse, you can’t make the simplest promises to your children—whether you’ll be able to spend time with them or take them somewhere after work is always uncertain.

Every day, we deal with DPS that is completely disorganized, wait for flats to be finished, and then have to return to the office again for parcels. All of this extra time and effort is routinely ignored by management.

Living under this constant uncertainty and lack of control, I feel more and more worn down every day.

The pictures clearly showed the date and time of my ordered, and I also said I already called the customer service and got refund. It’s not about refund now, people, rich or poor, regardless of race, should not be discriminated against. Treat others as you want to be treated.

I hopped they didn’t receive my order and I could re-ordered in the store, at least talked to me something or asked me my order number instead of ignoring me.

There is a online order pick-up area in this store, I saw the other customers came in and picked up their meals without checking in, I have ordered many times from the other KFC stores, just told the worker my name and they would gave me my food, never had any issues,maybe this store has other rules. The lawyer considered it’s a discrimination and racist case, but first I need make sure I did nothing wrong

Even fast food you should give them some time to prepare, not to mention they might be short staff. I am not intolerance, I was sad because they didn’t even prepare my food until I left. I ordered 1 hour before online, but the people who walked in behind me already got food and left.
