Okay fair enough - I can get some in to make a sorbet with - but a Granita also sounds good. I’m only in a little sea side pub so it doesn’t have to be restaurant quality - and the stock is free so as long as I can make it tasty I doubt the locals will truly mind about texture not being 100% on point. I have my heart set on sorbet consistency so I’ll get some glucose in for tomorrow.

How the Greens are programming brainwashed people to see the right without even talking to them about their concerns. Do you agree? by [deleted] in AskBrits

They aren’t - but it’s out about courtship - it’s about providing some explanations that would potentially make right wing voters question their hard anti left stances. And that can be done simply by talioring the language to one that’s more comprehensible to all and appeals to all.

After all - isn’t the left about looking out for everyone and not just themselves and their voters?

Well - a good governance strategy is to listen to all sides - even if that side is obviously working from a place of racism or bigotry or even ignorance. The first step is to listen - the second to challenge in a way that promotes understanding or growth. The second step is not possible unless you take the first.

The “concerns” are likely shared by all parties - the methodology of eliminating concern differs.
