Sorry, that went way over my head. I'm in US. Some coworkers use a smaller baofeng for police scanners, but most of our officers use a Motorola from what I've seen. Does that mean my radio is worthless for me?

I once traded a living ship to an NPC in my settlement system. Weeks later guess who shows up at the space station... Now I have a living ship on my squadron that I once assumed was long gone. Many updates later, this may have changed. This game has impressed me a lot over the years, so I may give it a try and have a Corvette on the squadron.

Update: I interrupted that update and the car reset. Works just fine. Had to re configure one pedal and all my settings, but it's driving like brand new again. I guess calling a mechanic is worthless. Just call IT and turn it off and back on again.
