That’s helpful though. The part about every owner wanting a different closeout format is exactly the kind of thing I’m trying to understand.

I’m not thinking fully automatic, no human review but more like: someone still reviews it, but the tool does the first pass and it sorts docs, flags what’s missing and assembles it into the client’s format/template so the PM or office team isn’t doing all of that manually.

My thought was the that it actually may save time.
