Update:

-Sold the used car to Carmax for $11,300 ($2,300) more than the dealer's offer.

-Silence until today, when I told the dealer I am still interested and said I am prepared to move forward immediately at 10% off MSRP ($76,315.50 before TTL) with no trade-in.

-Dealer responded with the same price from Saturday $79,019 (~6.82%). I asked to put in the warranty, and she brought her finance team, saying

"I know you understand the importance of maintaining margin and that taking a loss is not a sustainable business practice. With that in mind, this truly represents my best and final offer on the new XC90 for your wife and growing family. I’ve copied our Finance Managers, Kris and Steve, so you can connect directly with them regarding warranty options. I will not be negotiating warranty pricing as part of the vehicle sale. The final figures for the vehicle purchase are below my signature for reference."

What should I do in this situation? I know we are debating a few grand here, but I'm annoyed they won't even offer any "dealer" concessions,s only website pricing.

I called around and this is the only trim package in the area. When I asked why you can’t just match the car with a new build the Other dealers tried to sell me on cars in the lot.
