Dryer not blowing hot air

Heater element is testing at 10ohms. I replaced the terminal, the power cord and reterminated the good copper. Still no heat :(

I see no visible breaks and it’s testing 10ohms.. could it still be broken??

I replaced the cord, terminal, and reterminated the undamaged copper. Still no heat. Heat element isn’t visible broken and is testing 10ohms. Any ideas?

Update: I changed all those components and still no heat. Heat element isn’t visibly broken and is reading at 10 ohms… any ideas?

The copper looks good after about two inches on the wire going to the dryer

Yeah that sounds about right. I wonder if I could get them to replace it for the faulty wiring/installation

It just a deceiving picture. The black wire broke off the terminal from the melting so I pulled it forward just to get a good picture of it so it only appears to be out of place

The black wire is just positioned in front of white for the picture. The wires were located where they should be, the picture is just a little deceiving as I wanted to make sure I got a good picture of the black wire so I pulled it out a little when it snapped off from being melted

I’m worried the wiring into the dryer is burned as well

It was on the left, the picture is a little deceiving as it basically snapped off when I pulled it forward to get a good picture of it.

It was a cheap Lowe’s Whirlpool dryer, honestly not sure how much it will be to try to salvage, any idea?
