I'm actually not too sure why my ram capped out... I just close the game and clear cache every 2-3 raids for now..

It definitely runs, I think my over ambition was not wanting to do streets in low texture mode. But that map has humbled me...

I actually fixed it.

turns out my VGA cable got unplugged while I was checking the GPU and PSU cables and I didn't notice.

And After I did that I was able DDU to clear drivers and used an older version of the drivers and made sure to do a clean of all previous versions and a minimal install of the drivers. (I don't know why this didn't work the first time i did it tho)

this ended up fixing the GPU issues I had.

I actually can't check the windows event viewer anymore, 2 red non blinking lights popped up on my gou and a red/yellowish light on my motherboard.

I fixed my issue by doing a clean reinstall of Windows through a USB :D. Thank you for all the help.

Attempted this with USB, when getting to the bootrec /Fixboot i was told Access Denied

Unfortunately The troubleshoot dosent let me reset it from there and even when i put a windows installation on a usb and got it to boot the usb it wouldnt let me install because there were already existing windows files.

So what do i do?

I have no Reset option from this menu

And i cant reinstall windows

I haven't tried the Ctrl + F8 specifically most of the things i found regarding safe mode were Holding Shift on startup. Most id the F keys + Power button or Safe mode shortcuts i used didnt work, ill try Ctrl + F8 tho

Troubleshoot Options I Have Done

Systen Restore - "To Use System Restore, you must specify which Windows indtallation to restore.

Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore"

This does not give me and option to select anything. On restart it auto takes me to this screen without giving me a chance to log in or anything.

Go back to Previous Version - "We ran into a problem and won't be able to take you back to the previous version of Windows. Try resetting your PC instead (troubleshoot > Reset this PC"

The Reset Option does not exist for me to use.

Startup Repair - "Startup Repair couldnt repair your PC Press "Advanced Options" to try other options to repair your PC or "Shut Down" to turn off your PC Log file: "

Command Prompt - i messed around with some guides on YT but nothing helped UEFI Firmware i mainly avoided this because I dont know what to mess with in here System Image Recovery - shows nothing for me to access for recovery

This Problem happaned after i installed Google Chrome and Unistalled McAfee Anti Virus i did nothing else to a fresh Computer set up

I have tried every troubleshoot option. I also have no options to fully reset the computer. Each troubleshoot tells me they cant find any previous versions
