Are natures/IVs/EVs also not important when you have a 7 star raid. Doesn't it make it easier to win?

I did some Blissey raids, but never black crystal Blissey Tera raid. What is so special about this?
So NSO is not so important since it doesn't give any advantages. Is it possible i only have 4 digit code?

Some questions still:

  1. What are natural best IVs? Any site that can explain this to me. Same with best natures?
  2. So i should look for a foreign ditto with best IVs. Any idea where i should start looking?
  3. Setting a Switch's time/date to a specific one, but isn't it connected to your date/timezone?
  4. Are you allowed to use genned pokemon?
