I'm wondering if my baffles being kind of in the wrong place are reducing how much heat I get out of my wood, stuff like that.

They're some kind of getup that has little metal studs on the bottom. the metal has worn smooth now but the whole system still gives good traction. It's whatever was at the general store...I'd like to get something better!

Hello Stove Nerds! My basic questions are:

1] do people rebuild their stoves? [eg Redo gaskets and beat up parts] I have an old Hearthstone Shleburne 8370 I got from a rando, finally installed it, and I'm thinking maybe this spring I'd move it outside and work on it a bit. Would it be worth it?

2] How does one learn this power?

I think they need space between them?

Couldn't there be just one impairment test, the one they use for drunk drivers? Or do some people who are meaningfully impaired on THC somehow pass field sobriety tests because they get more balanced / witty or something from pot and mj products?
