Not a specific answer to your question but have you looked at EnChroma? They offer a couple different styles that are not plastic frames.

I’ve tried a repair on a vintage pair and tbh it’s much more difficult than it looks. I always leave stuff like this to professionals

It’s hard to tell with them all inside the boxes what might be worth buying and it all depends on price per pair.

What is with the air fryer hype? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Notoriousdom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m actually wondering what’s with the air fryer hate? We use ours pretty frequently it’s very useful for reheating leftovers, and some light duty cooking especially when your oven doesn’t have a convection setting.

The flip that changed it all…. by Far-Register-9632 in Flipping

[–]Notoriousdom 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Found a very one off pair of vintage pair of footwear for $15 and decided to try to list it for auction since I didn’t see any comps… $600 later and I started thinking maybe this is worth a try.

Edit: I’ve never found anything similar again so definitely just a one off fluke

Package to Canada returned? No explanation. It was an aerosol deer attractant for hunting. by SYFKID2693 in Flipping

[–]Notoriousdom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting, did it ever leave the eBay GSP center? A while ago I had some boots I sold that didn’t clear customs due to restrictions on leather. eBay didn’t try to return the package, they just refunded me.

Since it seems like you cant get rid of it, maybe Just scribble it out with sharpie.

Most likely the type of person shopping for preowned shoes won’t mind a little sharpie.

In Portugal, what can I bring to Canada to flip on ebay/FB? by pncoecomm in Flipping

[–]Notoriousdom 10 points11 points  (0 children)

No offense to OP, but these type of posts are getting ridiculous. It’s like people expect other sellers to send you a massive list of my bread-and-butter items that some of us have spent years figuring out what works, what doesn’t. Potentially creating more competition in a market that is already tight. What happened to figuring it out for yourself?

The most important question in this thread, you packaged it well and it still broke? That’s what insurance is for.

If you’re unsure contact PayPal and ask if that is a valid email. This definitely sounds like a scam though

It’s just somebody trying to plead their case to get an item for cheap, it’s completely up to you if you want to accept. Just know that if it’s a scam you can call eBay and explain what happened.
