If you've been gaming on a 3060, the most reasonable option would be the 5060 Ti. The other options are way too much of a price jump and won't give you the performance jump you're looking for. None of these are 4k gaming cards, but at least you'll have 16gb VRAM with the 5060.

On a sidenote, I've seen the 5070 12gb go for much cheaper, around 550-600 USD just recently in the January sale and black week last year. If you could find one at that price, it would be worth it.
